HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT?

Taxis are available at the Taxi Stand, or Ride share such as Uber and Lyft are also available.  Please see the airport information desk for more information on pick up locations.  The suggested airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), located about 10 minutes drive away from the hotel and reception venue.

The suggested dress code for the reception is business formal.

WHAT ARE THE SECURITY PROCEDURES FOR THE EVENT?

All visitors to the National Archives will be subject to airport-level security screening.

WILL THERE BE TOURS AVAILABLE DURING THE RECEPTION?

Yes tours will be conducted from 6:30-8:30 PM by the National Archives Foundation staff.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE EVENT

  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
  • No flash photography is permitted in exhibition spaces.
  • No person shall be permitted to carry a firearm or other dangerous weapons
    or explosives either openly or concealed. The only exception to this rule, are
    those carried by a duly sworn law enforcement officer performing official duties.
  • All guests must exit via the Constitution Avenue exit no later than 9:30 PM.
