WHERE WILL THE RETREAT TAKE PLACE?

The retreat will take place at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, which is located and only 10 minutes drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

WHAT IS THE HOTEL ADDRESS?

HOW MUCH IS THE ROOM RATE?

Back Nine has secured a discounted nightly room rate of $219 (with additional $25 daily resort fee) plus taxes over our program dates.  The daily resort fee provides amenities such as:

    • Fitness Center Access
    • Oasis Water Park
    • In-Suite Internet
    • One daily in-suite pot of coffee

The deadline to book at our group rate is Friday March 20, 2026, and all room reservations must be booked through the official Back Nine link HERE

HOW MUCH IS THE CONFERENCE FEE?

The Early Bird Conference Fee to attend is $399 per person for registrations made before December 1st, afterwards the rate will increase to $499 per person for those staying on-site booked through the official link.  The fee will cover the meals noted in the agenda, and the official golf tournament on Tuesday April 28, 2026.
