HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL FROM THE AIRPORT?

Taxis are available at the Taxi Stand, or Ride share such as Uber and Lyft are also available. Please see the airport information desk for more information on pick up locations.  Please note the approximate drive time is 20 minutes drive from the Colorado Springs Airport (COS), and about 90 minutes drive from Denver Intl Airport (DEN).

For those renting a car or driving on own, please note that self-parking on-site is Complimentary (ample parking available).

PLEASE EXPLAIN THE AGENDA FOR NARPM AT BROADMOOR VS KEYRENTER SUMMIT AT CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN RESORT?

The first event will be the 2025 NARPM Broker/Owner conference taking place at the Broadmoor Resort from March 24-26, 2025.  After that event ends on Wed 3/26 afternoon, we will transition right into the 2025 Keyrenter Summit taking place at the nearby Cheyenne Mountain Resort (5 mins drive).  That evening will be Awards Dinner and the following Thursday morning closing session with some optional afternoon activities such as golf, hiking, zoo etc.

WHICH HOTEL SHOULD I STAY AT: BROADMOOR OR CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN RESORT?

Keyrenter has contracted a room block at the Cheyenne Mountain resort over the entire time March 24-27 at a discounted $169 + tax rate per night, with resort fee waived.  Please note that the Broadmoor’s rate is $269 + tax per night, with a $39 daily resort fee.  We encourage all Keyrenter attendees to stay at the Cheyenne, and transportation arrangements between the two resorts will be forthcoming.  Room reservations can be made HERE, or if you wish to book at the Broadmoor resort please email [email protected].

DO THE NARPM BROKER OWNER AND KEYRENTER SUMMIT REQUIRE SEPARATE REGISTRATIONS AND FEES?
