WHERE WILL THE SUMMIT TAKE PLACE?

The Summit will take place at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa, located in North San Diego and a 40-minute drive from San Diego International Airport (SAN).

HOW DO I GET TO RANCHO VALENCIA FROM THE AIRPORT?

Roundtrip airport transportation to and from San Diego International Airport (SAN) is included in your invitation to this event. Please plan to arrive at the airport by the morning of Monday, February 3. Email your flight details to [email protected], and further information will be provided.

IS THERE PARKING FOR ATTENDEES WHO ARE DRIVING IN OR RENTING A CAR?

For those driving in, complimentary valet parking is available, and each suite has its own reserved parking space.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY INVITATION TO THIS EVENT?

Your invitation includes:

  • Roundtrip airport transportation
  • Luxurious accommodations from February 3 through February 5, 2025
  • Meals outlined in the above agenda, complimentary pantry drinks and snacks
  • Most on-site activities such as tennis, pickleball, hiking, pools, fitness center, and daily yoga/exercise classes

WHICH SESSIONS MAY SPOUSES/GUESTS ATTEND?

Guests/spouses are welcome to attend the Welcome Lunch at 12pm on Monday, the Summit Kick-Off from 1-2 pm, and both dinners.

WHAT IF I WISH TO CHECK-IN BEFORE FEB 3RD OR STAY AFTER FEB 5TH?
